Our client is a German IT company with a representative office in St. Petersburg that develops a cloud-native SAAS BI solution, built on cutting-edge technology stack.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the success of the product and for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds. As a product strategist you will:

• Set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product. Analyze market (EU and UK) and competitive conditions, lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. Communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional product team from a product's conception all the way through to its launch. A product team includes representatives from engineering; sales; operations; and marketing.
• Be a central hub within your company for a lot of critical information about the product, market, competitors, customers, prospects, key industry analysts, and many other constituencies
• Use the data to inform the evolution of the product roadmap.

As a Product Manager you will be accountable for:

• Setting a product vision and strategy.
• Defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market.
• Owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
• Prioritizes features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Business aсumen and deep understanding of B2B software including SaaS solutions
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience is strongly desired
