We are looking for a Senior QA for a large Finnish company specializing in the development of information security tools. The company's main products are antivirus, password manager, corporate access control systems, and a number of other security related products and services. The company is poorly represented in the Russian market, the focus is on the markets of Europe and America, where products are widely known and popular. It has been operating in the market for 30 years, has 20 international offices with headquarters in Helsinki, a total of about 1,600 employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Analyze test coverage, write and maintain test cases in co-operation with our developers, including performance and stress testing
• Further automatize manual testing and manual test cases
• Analyze current TA infrastructure and identify to which direction it should be further developed
• Take ownership and assess current test and development processes, and lead their further improvements to reach set product quality targets

Required skills for this role:

• Excellent understanding and strong hands-on experience with quality engineering practices, processes and tools
• Strong hands-on experience with planning and implementing tests and test scenarios
• Strong knowledge and experience of continuous integration and testing infrastructure, in particular Jenkins.
• Understanding of iOS and Android fundamentals
• Experienced with developing and maintaining client (Android/iOS) tests automation scripts (Python/Swift)
• Experience with UI automation testing tools
• Self-driven, yet a strong team player, and sense of urgency
• Fluent communication skills in English
